Walking Football

Our Walking Football group provides those aged over 50 the oppertunity to stay involved with the game they love. The group allows our participants to stay active, make new connections and boost physical and mental health!

Our sessions take place at the Highland Rugby Club 3G Pitch, every Thursday (school term-time) from 13:00-14:00.

Football Fans In Training

Our annual weight-loss programme, run in partnership with the SPFL Trust provides a space for participants to learn how to be more active and gain tips for diet management on how to lead a healthier lifestyle.
