Senior Coach | Community Support

Full Time - (37.5hrs/week)
£26,000 -£29,000, based on experience
*This role requires evenings and weekend work

Our Community Support pillar plays a vital role in strengthening our connection with the local grassroots game and the wider football community. The Senior Coach within this pillar will lead and oversee all community support projects, working closely with local clubs and groups to understand their needs and identify meaningful ways to support their development. This role is central to building strong partnerships and aligning shared ambitions, ensuring we continue to engage and inspire our community through football.

Key Duties

  • To support the running of events and festivals with external partners that support the wider grassroots game in the local area.
  • To communicate effectively with local clubs to increase our engagement and support in the wider community.
  • To adhere to all ICTCD policies and procedures at all times.
  • To positively promote ICTCD to ensure growth and expansion.
  • To develop and deliver innovative programmes to support our engagement with the local grassroots game.

Qualifications

  • HNC in related Sports Field
  • Child Wellbeing in Scottish Football
  • Equality and Awareness Certificate (can be completed after accepting the post).
  • SFA Children's License or UEFA C Licence
  • A successful applicant will be required to successfully apply for a PVG

 

Experience

  • Previous experience running events
  • Previous experience working with professional or grassroots clubs
  • Previous experience working for a charitable organisation
     

Personal Qualities

  • Clean Driver's License
  • Willingness to lead independently.
  • Enthusiastic and driven personality.
